Property SummarySuch a nice location, so quiet, near all the amenities and a nice green for the kids to play – ideal for kids as it is so safe as it is in a cul de sac. Assumption place is one of the older estates in the town and houses here very seldom come on the market.
The one thing that really hit me is the size of the back garden complete with a proper garage and back lane where you could drive your car around. The garden offers an immense amount of potential. Another feature I liked is the front garden and privacy of it – lovely to sit out.
The house itself is in really good condition – new PVC double glazed windows and external doors. Wooden floors in some rooms, newly fitted kitchen and a new shower installed in the main bathroom. The house of course offers plenty of potential for someone to do what they would like – there is a pitch roof extension to the rear but again plenty of room to extend that if you wanted. The garage is a good size and could be converted or knocked and a new unit built (granny flat, studio or office).
Accommodation consists of – porch with sliding doors, front door to the entrance hall, storage space under the stairs, sitting room with a fireplace, kitchen/dining room with and open fireplace and in turn leads to the extension where another dining area is and back door the garden and patio area.
